Dear All,

I am working on TMS320F28031. I have started the hardware design part.

Please let me know the precision of internal ADC reference voltage?

Is it a 1%..5% accuracy  or best?

    Eliseo,

    We do not specify the internal reference voltage itself since it is an internal signal and not directly used.  The accuracy, however, is such to yield the ADC specifications when using this reference as found in the data manual.
