Has SEE (Heavy Ion) test performed for parts SM320F28335PTPMEP, TMS320C6457CGMHA, and TMS320F2812GHHQ? If so, can you please provide test data sheet for all of them? Thank you.

    SEE testing/reports are not available for the units you listed in your post.

    Based on what I know, TI only has SEE reports for those devices with Space Grade(SP) designator.  Both the TMS320C6457CGMHA and TMS320F2812GHHQ are standard grade catalog devices, and while the SM320F28335PTPMEP device is an Enhanced Product(EP) it is not Space Grade.  

    Depending on your end application, I can re-direct this question to our central apps team who may have more overall knowledge on what requirements may/may not be met by these devices for your application.  Please let me know if you want me to loop them in as well as your end application if this is the case.
