I downloaded "MotorWare" for TMDSHVMTRINSPIN EVM. I thought I got it installed successfully but when I opened it, it opened as attached but I can't see like this -

Instead it displayed like this and I cannot do anything.

I don't see left pane either to search or do anything. Please advise.

There is a known issue with the motorware.exe where sometimes it fails to display the left pane correctly. Sometimes this can be fixed by deleting the metadata folder located here: C:\ti\motorware\motorware_1_01_00_18\eclipse\workspace or by reinstalling. This GUI is primarily used for navigating the documentation and project files, so if that doesn't work, you can still access everything by just browsing through the directory structure.
