Where is "no voltage larger than 0.3 V above VDDIO" in the description of the data sheet in Area A to C below?

Is it only Area A?
About Areas A and C?

Hi Sasaki,

The requirement is applicable for both Area A and Area B. Meaning while powering up and powering down, Digital pins cannot have voltage 0.3V above VDDIO.
