The bottom one has a C (wafer fab code) but the top does not, which is unusual.

A = silicon revision

8 = Year (2018 or 2008)

B = Month (November)

the next 4 are the assembly lot code

and the last is the assembly site location

G4 = Green (low halogen and RoHS-compliant)
