F28335 ADC performance over temperature variation

Hi,

While doing temperature cycle test from +60 to -25 deg C, we observed variation in the voltage reading approx 15% to 20%. Please find below the test result attached.

 

We are unable to find details or datasheet related to F28335 ADC performance over temperature variation & method to compensate this variation. 

Even we have used industrial grade parts in the analog section design, like Opamps (OPA4277) -40°C to +85°C, Resistor ±25ppm/°C etc. 

If anyone has come across such a problem or knows a solution please reply..
