Can any one explain the Fig 9 on page 12 of the app note spra550? I'm expecting a scaling circuit but this op-amp circuit is nothing in the norm. If it's inverted, the + and - are swapped, and inversion is not desired here any way. But it's not a non-inverting step up circuit either, and it's not a divider+follower step down. What is it?
