CCS/TMS320F280049C: Launchpad f28004x sci issue

Hi,

I am trying to run sci_echoback.c example on my launchpad f28004x. But unfortunately facing problem in connecting to the target. Below are some images of the issue and configuration. Please help resolving this.

In target configuration, JTAG mode -> are you using cJTAG 2-pin advanced mode?

Please select cJTAG 2-pin advanced mode from drop-down menu.

Hi Santosh,

And if you pull the USB plug from computer with terminal emulator enabled VCOM4, Win7 must reboot computer to get connection again. So annoying virtual device driver does that, even if you delete the connection via device manager (refresh) still must reboot. That defeats the entire reason windows >8 was developed so we didn't have to reboot when hot plugable hardware changes.
