Are you meaning the Flash entry point, or something else? The flash entry point is at 0x3F 7FF6 to 0x3F 7FF7, per the datasheet.

There's a return value if the code runs wrong,
If the code "runs wrong", the watchdog can reset the part, if enabled. An illegal opcode would trigger an ITRAP.
