TMS320F280049: Controlcard design file in PADS (.asc) format

Part Number: TMS320F280049

Hi team,

I am supporting my customer on F280049 layout. They would like to take our PCB layout as a reference. Due to working computer restriction, they do not have access to altium designer. Can provide PCB layout that could be open on PADS? Seems .asc is the workable format for them.

    Brian,

    looking at the Altium documentation it only supports importing .asc files. Exporting a schematic can be done to "PADS Logic 5" format, but this does not include the layout.

    If there is another format that could help I can try to help, but these exporters make me a little concerned that something small could change. For example I have seen a pour be missed.

    We have provided the Gerber files, which are harder to use, but are platform independent. Let me know if there is someway I could help.

    Thanks for confirmation. I've suggest customer to check from PADs side on whether they could import other format.
