CCS/TMS320F28388D: How to run dual core CPU's on a single project

Greetings, 

We have an application we are developing that will use both CPU's on the processor. 

I wanted to start simple and get a "dual core" example running. So, I chose the blinking LED project.

I can mpt figure out how to get both projects loaded on to their respective CPU's and run/debug the code. Any docs I am missing that contain the secret formula?
