Hi TI E2E forum: Sometime ago I had purchased the C2000 ACDC Developer Kit . The TI part #  for this kit is : TMDSACDCKIT. The ACDC EVM features are : 12VAC IN with 80W at 10A Output. The topology is 2 phase interleaved PFC + Phase shifted full bridge. This EVM uses the F2808 control card which is a plug in card that has edge card connector. I have lost the C2000 Application software that came with this and the example code. Also I will need the documents that has the schematic etc. Can you please help by sharing the software package with example code that came with this EVM?

    Hi Rohit,

    If looking into using the C2000 for new AC/DC power supply & you're not already familiar with the F2808, I would highly recommend looking at some of our newer application kits for AC/DC + DC/DC industrial power supplies:

    These newer TI-Designs/Application Kits will be in easier to re-use software & utilize newer C2000 devices.  The newer devices have more features which enable better control/efficiencies for these AC/DC applications (like ePWM capabilities that make controlling a PSFB less burdensome, capabilities which enable better peak-current mode or critical conduction mode control, etc) & some examples of how to use these features are in those newer designs.  Many of these are obviously higher voltage/power designs though.

    If there's something specific you're looking to evaluate/do, we could perhaps give a more precise recommendation on what may be interesting for you to look at.

    Hi Brett:

    Thank you very much for your support. I checked out the ACDC kits and the one I am interested in is the single phase PFC + Phase shifted full bridge but that will need me to get the board assembled using the design files that TI provides. I do not see that you sell this topology with assembled boards. In the meantime I would like to try the hardware I have and so I am sending you a friendship request.  This owuld also mean that I will need to buy the JTAG probe if I want to play with any of the control parameters. Is that correct?

    Yes, that's right - you would need a JTAG debug probe.
