TMS320F280049C: Example code for solenoid drive

I want to use one C2000 for both speed control of a motor and solenoid control. I'm planning to replicate functionality provided by DRV110, but with either peak or average current control instead of hysteretic. Current sense will be from analog CSA like INA180. What example code would you recommend starting with for accomplishing the solenoid control without impacting motor drive loop?

Any example project that you find on C2000 should support. If possible, I would keep the PWM frequency for solenoid same as that of motor inverter, so I could sample the solenoid current without running into arbitration issues with motor current sampling.

Any hardware concerns related to isolation should be addressed as required by your application.

Hi Ramesh,

Thanks for the advice on keeping PWM freq the same. It sounds like we haven't written example code to drive a solenoid. Is this correct?
