Can you tell what this address corresponds to - 0x3FF75C. Unfortunately i dont have the device to check it myself.

the HW delay before boot ROM will vary based on few analog components - this can vary anywhere b/w 85uS to 200 uS (this is a rough number).

Boot Code takes roughtly - 900ms

After that application run time init takes cycles based on the number of variables used in the application.

Among resets POR is the longest.

For #1, I think you are interested in the time-period from the moment -XRS goes high, correct? Can we re-write your question as 

"1. From reset source being inactivated to PC going to 0x3FF75C"
