TMS320F28388D: Setting GPIO Pin direction in CM

We are using a GPIO where we have to switch the direction inside the CM ( We use the pin at startup as input but later as output ).

As far as I have seen this setting is only possible at CPU1. Is this correct.

Hi,

Your understanding is correct. GPIO direction control is only with CPU1. CM application need to send IPC command to CPU1 to change the direction of GPIO pin.
