TMS320LF2407A: Where can we find latest f240_hex.exe which can run on 64-bit PC to generate .hex file from .out file?

We are using TMS320LF2407A DSP for our application.

We had the f240_hex.exe  only runs on 32-bit PC.

Now, our systems are upgraded to 64-bit PC so we need the f240_hex.exe  for 64-bit PC or any alternate exe which can do our job.

Where can we find this?
