Dear team

My customer is using TMS320F28034. It can be flashed without using CSM password.

But The CSM password is used. Now,they can not flash the custom board with uniflash.

They downloaded the program (with password in .out file) and got stuck. There is an address for calling undefined symbols in the program, so it didn't recognize it.

What is the current status? Are they able to establish connection with the device using CCS?

Susan,

Did they try to unlock the device by entering the password in the Flash Plugin GUI in wait boot mode?
