TMS320F28069: With different PWM frequencies and synchronization

I think this is feasible to achieve this configuration.You can configure the Sync chain as intended.
And you can simply not enable sync operation inside ePWM5 (disable TBPHSEN).

EPwm5Regs.TBCTL.bit.PHSEN = TB_DISABLE;
