Hi,

We would like to use F28388D for our program.

I can see TMDXCNCD28388D in the TI site. But, is it a production model or a pre-production model ?

I want to use this for Aerospace certification.

If this is not a production model, when can we expect TMS320F28388D evaluation board ?

The current stock of the controlCARD is RevA hardware design with pre-production Rev A silicon. This Rev A silicon will be certified for production 5/29.

Hi Chris,

Deos this mean that whatever chip that is used in TMDXCNCD28388D F28388D controlCARD evaluation module, the same chip

will be certified for Production ?

New TMDS version updates the controlCARD hardware for a clocking change and some other minor fixes.

Both shipping TMDX and TMDS use Rev A silcon.
