TMS320F28379D: GUI tool to log the SCI Tx data in personal computer

Hi,

Iam using SCI module with FIFO Mode.I configured both Tx and Rx interrupts.I have to log the SCI Tx data in to personal computer(PC) continuously in microsoft excel format wihout debugger connection.In addition,i have to  send some parameters from PC in to SCI RX wihout debugger connection.So,i need some graphical tool to log the Tx data in PC(viewing,saving) and send data from PC to SCI.Does any one suggest any such tool?Right now i am checking with GUI Composer and with CCS desktop view while debugger is connected.But while testing in power converter,i cannot use debugger.
