Dear team

I saw the following table in datasheet

1  In Fapi_AutoEccGeneration mode, is the ecc generated by the flash module stored in the area shown above?

2 Are the ecc generated by RAM m0 and m1 stored in a special area in the same way as the above picture? Or is it right behind the data?


I tried to store the data in m0 and modify the data, but I did not find the generated ecc behind the data.

Please help.

    I updated the title of this post as Flash ECC instead of RAM ECC.

    I will answer your Flash API related question on the Fapi_AutoEccGeneration mode here:  Yes, ECC is stored in the memory ranges that you copied from Datasheet.

    As per my knowledge, RAM ECC space is not memory mapped.  Please open a separate post for RAM ECC question and our RAM expert will clarify your question.
