I'd be glad to help identify this device. At this point, I'm not certain this is a TI device. Typically the TI logo is also included on the part marking, this is not present, and the 82W does not match any know marking.

Also wondering why you identified this as microcontroller?

What product does this pcb come from, and can you get a schematic?

Hello user6352400,

After some research I am happy to say we can identify this device. Since the first line of the marking is not completely visible, and this first line identifies the device, this made it a bit more difficult. As it turns out, the first line is PAS, which translates to a BQ24650: https://www.ti.com/product/BQ24650 . Since this is a 16-pin VQFN package, the orderable part number is BQ24650RVAR, and you can order this from the TI Store via the referenced Product page.
