I go through the HW guide, but I don't find the description about how to configure F28004X controlcard, do you kindly provide it like this?

Hi Emma,

Please refer to the Piccolo F280049 controlCARD Information Guide that has a similar table as you want.

You might refer to the hardware guide and lab guide at the below folder in motor control SDK for running the motor with InstaSPIN.

Thanks for your answer.

However, I am still confused about the change for the board, since the requirements is opposite between F2802X/F2803X and F2806X, should F28004X follows the F2802X/F2803X, since it is also not ISO board?

You just need to follow the hardware guide or schematic of the F28004x to set the related switches for boot mode, and the controlCard is an isolation board.
