Good morning, Good afternoon, Good evening every one.

I am trying to control the NPC using TMS320F28377S (16 bits ADC)

The ground of the control board is connected to the neutral point of the NPC.

Under the switching operation is not performed, the TOP and BOTTOM voltage are measured accurately.

However, when switching operation is performed, the only TOP voltage was measured inaccurately.

If the control board ground is connected to the power circuits, have you ever experienced measurement errors only during switching operation?

    Hi Dongkwan

    Can you show the diagram of how the connections are made between the TMS320F28377S controller and the NPC and the TOP and BOTTOM signals that you are trying to sample?  Also show how the differential channels are connected to the signals being sampled.

    Thank you for your reply.
    I attached the block diagram.
    Control board ground connected to the neutral point and, the Upper capacitor voltage is sensed through non-isolated opamp.

    And I used TL082 as a differential opamp and ADA4941-1 as a single to differential opamp.
