CCS/TMS320F28379D: Which example should I use for SDFM to get data from AMC1306(Digital output)?

Hi,

Each SDFM module has 4 filters wherein each filter has one data and one clock input. These inputs come from Sigma delta ADCs like AMC1306x.

I think, AMC1306x outputs manchester encoded data and hence only data comes as output from AMC1306x. For manchester encoded data, mode 2 should be configured in SDFM module and connection to only data pin of SDFM would be required.

Currently we don't have examples for mode 2 of SDFM. Please refer to device TRM and datasheet for more details on manchester mode and pin related information.

But, it turns out it is uncoded output.

Therefore, I goona used mode 0 for SDFM.

However, I have another question.

In the datasheet, the clock should be connected by epwm.

However, the filter examples do not make any pwm signal.

What should I do?

You should PWM example code in C2000Ware and integrate with SDFM example.

I made some code using PWM and sdfm_filters_sync_cpu_cpu01.

I think the code seems okay.

it makes PWM signal but I can not see the output data...

How can I see it?

Are you saying you don't see any filter data (or) you are not seeing PWM toggle?
