SM470R1B1M-HT: 230°C operation

Hi There

I have an application where I would like to run a microprocessor for 20-30h at 230 degrees

the headline specification for the SM4710R1B1M-HT is 220 degrees case temperature. However, the life derating graph goes to 230 degrees for several hundred hours

does this part follow the same "life" trajectory when running above 220? and can I run this part for a few 10's of hours at temperatures slightly above 220?

The maximum operating ambient temperature is 220C. The chart showing electromigration fail mode is in junction temperature, which will be higher than ambient temperature when the device is operating. Proper operation at an ambient temperature above the maximum recommended operating condition temperature is not guaranteed.

I understand there's no guarantee but I'm interested if there's any data that it can work outside datasheet specifications rather than an outright failure at 230 case temp?
