CCS/TMS320F28379D: Couldn't open USB device when execute usb_flash_programmer

Hi,

when i run usb_flash_programmer utility and use the example "blinky_cpu01" and "F2837xD_usb_flash_kernels_cpu01". it triggers an error "Couldn't open USB device".

Hi Feng,

Pls let me know which driver did you install? Also, did you put the device in USB Boot mode before running the "usb_flash_programmer.exe" utility?

Hi Siddharth,

i uninstall the original driver and then install that under c:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_3_01_00_00\utilities\flash_programmers\usb_flash_programmer\windows_drivers, it becomes OK. and usb flash also runs normally.
