TMS320F28335: pwm

Dear Sir, I am working on TMS320F28335 , where I am sensing 3 phase voltage and after doing SPLL I am generating 3 phase sine signal which is well synchronized with mains.

My problem is that after 5 min.26 seconds it stops the PWM output. And it happens every time.. Timer is activated but no work in that module. Please suggest what will be the cause

Well, that at least sounds pretty deterministic. What debug steps have you taken?

At a minimum observing XRS, VDD, and VDDIO would be a good idea. These could help provide more information on how the device is stopping.

Might be good to look into your watchdog settings. It could be good to try disabling it to see if that is the cause.

Finally I would check the flag status of anything that could stop the PWM output, tripzones or the GPIO Mux settings would be good to look at.
