Hi ,

I'm reviewing TIDM-BUCKBOOST-BIDIR schmatic. There is a place -current sense algortihm - I do not understand.

Why the current sense opamp is set to give offset as 1.65V in the selected red circle ? What is the main purpose of it ?

Since the DCDC is designed to work bi-bidirectionally, the current under measurement could be two direction.

Since C2000 ADC can only take uni-directional signal, the feedback is offset to the middle point of ADC input range to accept bi-bidirectionally current feedback.
