CCS/TMDSHVMTRINSPIN: how to connect this development kit to laptop?

we are trying to run motor using TMDSHVMTRINSPIN is a DIMM100 controlCARD based motherboard evaluation module,we need run code in ccs but when we are connecting XDS100V1  usb to pc it shows the error like above picture,we need to debug the code so can you please help me..

Did you have a chance to take a look at the links above? Make sure that the power supply for the controlCard is right, disable the on-board emulator on high-voltage kit, only use the isolation USB Jtag on controlCard.

Hi sir,thanks for the reply present we don't have drivers problem,we are using TMDSCNCD28027F control card it didn't have usb slot,so we need to use on chip emulator only,but we don't know the switches and aslo new project settings in ccs (software).can you please provide that information.
