TMS320F280049C: Issues that cause TI-OTP to be programmed.

Hi,

I use LAUNCHXL-F280049C, and the version of CCS is 10.0.0.00010.

I'm trying to program Sector 11 of BANK 0 from the codes in RAM.

However, TI-OTP BANK0 (0x00070000～0x000703FF) and TI-OTP ECC BANK0 (0x01070000～0x0107007F) will be programmed.

Fapi_AutoEccGeneration of FlashAPI is used for programming. FlashROM is not accessed for any other process.

I would like to avoid this.

Please help me to rectify it.

FYI:

This has been discussed offline.

TI could not get a device from the user to confirm the scenario.

TI suggested the proper usage of the Flash SW.

Update for others that may refer to this post. This has been resolved. A new flash command is issued when the current command is still in progress (which is not allowed). Hence, the flash read back incorrectly.
