Dear all,
I'm using HVMTR+PFC kit with PMSM motor. While running the motor with HVPM Sensorless code it is running with max speed of 0.3pu only(900rpm). If we increase above than that it's out of control and it's stucking to start and producing some jerks. But if we run the same through GUI it's running upto 0.7pu(2100 rpm).Suggest some idea to rectify that and to run the motor in max speeds.
*All the above said are in no load condition itself with supply voltage of 220V AC which is rectified to 320V DC.
Motor ratings by manufacturer is as follows,
Rated speed 3000 rpm
Max speed 4500rpm(Under no load)
