TMS320F28379D: Does the TI evaluation control card has an External Oscillator?

For the TI supplied F28379D or F28388D control card, do they have an external oscillator in the physical cards?

Or only internal oscillator to be used.

Where can I find this information.

Yes there is an 20MHz Osc on the 28379D card. as mentioned here: you will find the hardware files after you have installed C2000ware:

Hardware Files are in C2000Ware at boards\controlCARDs\TMDSCNCD28379D

I searched in the file MCU063B(002)_Assy, couldn't find it, and also in the file, you had mentioned. Could you please guide further on where to check same and

if there is any way we can verify our clock frequency for what we have set

I do not know the 28388D card, but I see that in the same folder where the file MCU063B(002)_Assy is stored, there is also MCU063B(002)_Sch. And this schema contains a 20MHz osc too.

If you want to measure the clock set, you can route it to a pin called XCLKOUT. See Technical Reference Manual of 28388D, section 3.7.4.
