CCS4.1 + 28035 debug error

Upon trying to debug successfully rebuilt project, CCS reveals the following error:

 

Error connecting to the target:

Error0x80000200/-1142

Fatal error during: OCS,

Processor blocked debug access.

 

Any suggestions appreciated...
