Does the Main Osillator Fail-Detect Logic need to be on all the time when the program runs?
I beleive there is a case when changing the PLL multiplier that you would need to disable this logic to avoid a false detection. This is outlined in the F28335 TRM on page 71.
If you are using the PLL function in our C2000Ware examples, this should be followed by the code already.
