CCS/TIDM-1000: three-phase Vienna:vBusPM feedback value

Part Number: TIDM-1000
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA320, AMC1301, C2000WARE

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Assuming that the circuit is stable, vbuspm is 300V. I calculate the vBusPM_ Fdbk according to the parameters on the schematic diagram is 1.7910

The formula is as follows,

According to the resistance R94 R95 R97 R100, we can get VINP = 0.27375, VINN = 0,The amplification is 8.2 times by amc1301 and 0.7978723 times by opa320 to obtain vBusPM_ Fdbk=1.7910

Through ADC sampling, vBusMeas_pu=1.7910 * 0.000244140625 * 717079 / 454 = 0.000691617

But in the data table I gave, when vbuspm = 300, vBusMeas_pu= 0.6776,instead of 0.000691617

Is it me where the calculation is wrong?

Best wish.

  • Hi,

    I don't get your question. Where does the last pic come from?

  • Hi

    1.The last photo from the following path: C2000Ware_DigitalPower_SDK_3_00_00_00\solutions\tidm_1000\hardware\BusMeasCalibrationRoutine.xlsx

    2.Let me repeat my question,

    Assuming that the system is stable, VPM = 300V

    The ADC sampling function in the program is as follows:

    According to the function calculation, there are the following derivation

    ADCRESULTX=4096*(ADCINy-VREFLO)/(VREFHI-VREFLO)

    VREFHI=3.3V?

    VREFLO=0V?

    VIENNA_vBusPMMeas_pu=4096*(1.7910-0+1.7910-0+1.7910-0+1.7910-0)/(3.3-0)*0.000244140625*0.25*717.79/454=0.8585

    However, according to the data table provided, when vBusPM = 300.15, vBusPMMeas = 0.6776, which is not the 0.8585 I just calculated

    Would you like to solve my question?

    Or I did not understand the ADC sampling calculation process,.Can you give me an example to explain in detail, how to sample, and then input f28379d port, how to calculate in the program?

    Looking forward to your reply

    Best wish

  • Do you understand my question? Thank you very much and look forward to your reply

  • Hi,

    I have replied you in another thread and let's discuss in that one. I will go ahead and close this thread. Thanks.
