CCS/TMS320F28388D: While using the XDS200 USB JTAG , it is not connecting to the F28388D Eval board

HI,

I am getting the below error while trying to connect through XDS200 USB Jtag emulator to the F28388D Evaluation board.

Below is the error snapshot. Please help in this regard.

What hardware are you using, is it our control card (https://www.ti.com/tool/TMDSCNCD28388D) ?

CCS version: Version: 9.3.0.00012

C2000Ware_2_00_00_03

JTAG emulator : XDS200 USB JTAG by spectrum Digital.

It was working fine with onboard XDS100 V2 emulator. But onboard one is very slow in flashing. So procured XDS200 JTAG. But facing the above error while trying to flash.

Have you changed the emulator switch settings as described in the below Control card information guide ?

Please let me know if this is taken care, if not change and give a try.
