CCS/TMS320F28032: Why my C2000's flash was erased???

Hi,

My customer was developing a DCDC with 28032,

After running in high temp for 7 hours, we found we can't communicate with 28032, and we found the flash was empty!!

we never saw it before, could you suggest us how to analyze this issue?? 

which reason can cause the flash was erased.

    Erwin,  

                    Please answer the following questions: 

    1. Can you send me the dump of the entire flash?
    2. Do you have a screenshot of CCS displaying flash locations? I am especially interested in the password locations.
    3. What was the high temp the device was subjected to? Was that the ambient temperature inside the chamber?
    4. Are you able to reprogram the flash?
