TMS320F280049C: c2000ware flash_api library source code

Hi,

one of our customers is using the F280049C for safety critical applications having to meet DO-178. For this the flash_api library in c2000ware is being used, however the customer would need source code for this library in order to meet safety certification and reviews.

Can the source code be shared under those circumstances?

I am asking because there are notes in e.g.

https://software-dl.ti.com/C2000/docs/software_guide/c2000ware/flash.html

to the effect that TI does not typically share this source code.

    Gunter,

    For safety certification purposes in military, aviation, or medical  applications, the source code will be provided under NDA and an agreement if the requirement is legitimate.  Users will not be allowed to modify/rebuild the Flash API source - This is to ensure the Flash reliability.
