PiccoloB 28033 flash in stdby to save power mimimun wake up time

Hello Champs ,

please  I have a digital control app where I must as much efficient as I can .

28033 including CLA for the control  is running full speed @ 60 MHz .

one idea can be to put all the control code in RAM  and put Flash in stdby to save current .

I saw  stby to active for flash is automated if you access flash location and you have a wakeup time  fixed by

FACTIVEWAIT   register .

please which is the minimum value I can put here ,  I am not able to find this data in the datasheet ...

what about  the minimun delay I can expect from flash in sleep ?

thank you very much

bye

Carlo

    Carlo,

Please direct the customer to the System Control guide for the device - it indicates this register should not be changed from the default value.  I believe code examples also mention this in the comments.
