F28M35H52C: mini time limiti between 2 QEP IO responding?

we will use two qep of one MCU,one is input,and the other is output,the output is copied from the input.

can we set the MCU in a mode that is the output respond by hardware from input,not by software? what is the mini time between 2 QEP IO responding?

Hi Longfei,

I don't understand your question. The eQEP module signals are all inputs, meant to be connected to an incremental encoder.

sometimes we need copy pulses from incremental encoder to become IO output(may using another QEP as IO),the time delay between QEP and IO is limited.

this connection between input QEP to output IO should be hardware,not software,does F28M35 support this function?

Hi,

Ok,I think I understand. You want to change the eQEP inputs to regular digital outputs at specific times, correct?

The eQEP module does not have this functionality built into it, so I believe you would have to handle this in software.
