i want to know about a controller in the C2000 family which is capable to execute sensorless control techniques for PMSM. 

also i would like to know the development kit board if available

    I am not sure if you are looking for the complete package for sensorless motor drive. The link below  shows some basic information regarding instaSpin-FOC

    You can run the sensorless algorithm with F28069+ InstaSpin + evaluation Kits (DRV8312, DRV8301, TMDSHVMTRINSPIN). Also, F28004X, F2837X are also capable of sensorless algorithm.
