CCS/TMS320F28062: How to use CCS to generate the continuous address hex file

  Configured the CCS as below, but still reported failure,  could you kindly help double check how to configure in CCS project property?

Using image mode requires that you specify a ROMS directive.  A ROMS directive cannot be supplied on the command line.  It can only be supplied in a text file called a hex utility command file.  This command file is similar to a linker command file.

To learn about the ROMS directive, search the C28x assembly tools manual for the sub-chapter titled The ROMS Directive.  To learn about hex utility command files, search the same manual for the sub-chapter titled Invoking the Hex Conversion Utility With a Command File.  To learn how to add a hex utility command file to a CCS project, please see this forum post.

Unfortunately, this is vague. Exactly what goes wrong?

Did you supply a ROMS directive in a hex utility command file? I presume this is a short text file. Please show the contents of it.

The screen shot below is another way to show the recommended solution.  It shows all the places the hex command file is mentioned, and the ROMS directive in that command file.  It also shows all the hex utility options needed.
