  • Hi Gowthamraj,

Are you using our reference design EVM for your test?

You said "it is getting trip once the Vienna Rectifier is turned on". which build are you in? build 1?

Have you followed our reference guide to run the test?

  • Now i am not getting issue on tripping the supply. But i am not getting proper output for vienna rectifier with TMDSCNCD28379D  control card. can you please help me to fix this issue. The THD value is more than 50% . Since it is from TI, i should get less than 5% THD in the input side. and also, now i am getting beep sound from control card whenever i code the control card. please help me to fix this issue

    Gowthamraj,

You have created another post to discuss the same issue (https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/c2000/f/171/t/929120 ). Please do not create duplicate posts. It leads to inefficient use of support resources. Use this thread to discuss the issue with the Vienna rectifier. I will help you with the ControlCARD issue on the other thread.

  • Hi,

This is Gowthamraj Rajendran. I am working with Vienna Rectifier for EV application. When i connect the control card to the Vienna Rectifier, i am not able to get THD less than 5% in the source side. Which code i have to use for the TMS320F28379D Control Card. And also, i am having doubt on input side capacitor. whether it is working or not. can anyone help me to fix the issues and also if possible can i get the demo for Vienna Rectifier with control card.

    Thank you

    Gowthamraj Rajendran

  • Hi Gowthamraj,

"also if possible can i get the demo for Vienna Rectifier with control card."

The TIDM-1000 vienna rectifier is a orderable reference design. You could order it in TI.com.

"Which code i have to use for the TMS320F28379D Control Card"

The code is available in digital power sdk in the link below. You have to select the F2837x solution inside TIDM-1000

"i am not able to get THD less than 5% in the source side"

Are you using our reference design board and our code inside DPSDK for this THD test?
