Hi,

I want to count the pulse by the enhanced capture (eCAP) module of TMS320F28335 until some event occours（for example an AD interrupt occours）, but the enhanced capture (eCAP) module has only 4-deep circular buffer (CAP1-CAP4) scheme, so is there some way to solve this?

Hi,

eCAP is designed to measure pulse widths. However, you can add some software inside of a the eCAP ISR to count the pulses. However, this will have some software overhead. You can take a look C2000ware examples code.

eQEP module is able to count pulses. Take a look at the documentation.
