Part Number: TMDSHVMTRINSPIN

Hi sir/madam

we are using TMDSHVMTRINSPIN development kit,we need to run motor using INSTaspin GUI software , we connect 0.4KW PMSM motor having part number EMJ-04APB22,initially motor run for few seconds then after R10,R11,R39 resistors was burned ,then input fuse was blown, after that we checked the board the IGBT module was shorted so,can you please suggest what we have to do now, Is there any chance to repair or any way to find the module having part number  PS21765, as per the part number of module it was from MITSIBUSHI make but they are saying we will not provide individual modules, so please suggest to any method and how to make the kit into working condition.
