CCS/TMS320F280049: Creation SYS/BIOS project with eabi(elf) for TMS320F280049

I was almost able to get the project to compile, however there are two problems:

1. It is necessary to use old names of memory sections for some RTOS sections. In to build directory generated file configPkg/linker.cmd that contain strings about memory sections:

SECTIONS {
    .text:ti_catalog_c2800_initF2837x_flashfuncs : LOAD = FLASHA PAGE = 0,
    RUN = D01SARAM PAGE = 0,
    table(BINIT)
}

In normal cmd file for TMS320F280049 this sections do not exist.

1. At the end of compilation, an error is thrown, which should be a advice: advice: (Performance) EABI double precision is 64-bits as opposed to 32-bits for COFF. Consider changing doubles to floats for improved performance in FPU32-mode. .xdchelp /test1 line 1984 C/C++ Problem

I found how to change the memory sections for the RTOS, but the problem with an error at the end of compilation could not be fixed.

I'm looking into this. I think there's a compiler/linker option that allows you to convert errors into warnings. Check the tools docs.
