TMDSCNCD28388D: Hardware compatibility check for F28388D's ethernet

Hi expert,

My customer is designing with F28388D. They's like to use PYH chip DP83822IRHBR and would like to select a RJ45 port for this design. Will port ARJM11B1-009-AB-EW2 from Abracon be a good selection?

    Sheldon,

    it would be good to ask the manufacturer their recommendations based on the customers application. The RJ-45 connector and magnetics really don't have too much to do with the F28388D device. This has more to do with the speed of the link and where you expect the noise to come from. I would recommend choosing a connector which has its common mode choke on the line side as to filter out noise picked up from the line.
