TMS320F280049: SFRA on CLA?

A customer is trying to use the SFRA to do some analysis, but their control loops are all on the CLA.  I believe SFRA runs on only the main CPU, correct?  How do people normally handle this?  Do they have to move the control loop to the CPU?

    David, 

    Yes we do not have a port for SFRA on CLA, 

    This has some legacy roots with CLA not having a background task, on F28004x we can port it but it has not been prioritized. 

    One can run the SFRA on C28x and then call CLA task to run the control loop, with the memory split on F28004x this is possible, it is not ideal but this is one way.

    Typically we run everything on C28x and then use the same coefficients on CLA thus avoiding the need for SFRA on CLA.
