Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
Dear team,
I saw the following link:
2 Set your boot pins for "WAIT" boot mode. Note: on 2833x/2823x this is documented as the "loop to check" boot mode.
Is there any method without using "WAIT" boot mode? My hardware circuit is fixed and cannot be changed.
Please help.
Susan,
If you have a reset button, you can try this: Hold the reset button (that is, hold the device in reset) and then try to connect to the device. Once the connection is established, let go of the reset. This may take a few tries to make it work though.
The customer does NOT have the reset button.
He pulled up the TRST pin of the JTAG port by 3.3V so that he could decrypt and program directly.
But he can only make changes on the JTAG port to realize batch programming and updating a bunch of old boards. But the JTAG port is only 5V
Sorry, I don’t understand what you mean by "But the JTAG port is only 5V". Perhaps we could take the conversation offline.
